Then we have the case of Chinese vocaloids which were able to develop because a existing company (Bplats) had links to Yamaha. ![]() Crypton went on to release their own first Vocaloid Miku in 2007, after selling Kaito and Meiko on behalf of Yamaha. PowerFX found Zero-G and Zero-G recommended them for English Vocaloid development. Yamaha enlisted Crypton to find English studios to make vocaloid English, only Zero-G answered their call. In the begining they decided they wanted English and Japanese. There is more then one way of Vocaloid versions developing.
